I had my back brick patio, brick pool deck, upper balcony, and covered patio (screens, floor, wall) cleaned to get all of the pollen and routine dirt build up off. Very friendly and professional team. Clint responded quickly to my online inquiry, gave a quick estimate, and had me scheduled within a week. Brandon did an Awesome job power washing my house and was quick to troubleshoot any concerns we had. I introduced myself to him while he was power washing my next-door neighbor's house and asked him if he could do mine sometime and he said he had time to do it at that point and did a great job!! I asked him if he knew anyone that could take care of replacing exhaust vent covers on the side of my house, and he said he could do that no problem, and we scheduled a date and he took care of that as well, job well done. Clint (the owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided timely communication throughout our protect, emailed, text, and written quotes and receipts. His work was exceptional (cleaned all our hardscape -driveway, stacked stone wall, brick entry, Pennsylvania Blue Stone cap and walkways and resealed our pool concrete decking). The entire project was completed in a day and a half and final product looks brand new! His pricing is fair and his workmanship exceptional. This company cleaned the new planet fitness in Oxford Mississippi. We had the sidewalk pressure washed and the building soft washed. This is an 18,000sf building with a 32' front elevation height. I highly recommend “Southern Power Wash”.  Clint is dependable and very conscience of doing a professional  spot on cleaning.  I cannot maintain my large patios, brick steps, brick walkways, and large wide drive like I use to do myself. We contacted Clint and he was able to come the next day to view the job. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. We received his bid that evening. He was able to start the project later that week. Clint stayed in contact with us as needed. Responded to inquiries within a short period of time. The project took a little longer than he planned but he stayed to complete it that day and kept to his bid price. Our driveway, gate, and three porches as well as some iron furniture look fantastic! I will be placing my house on the market soon.  I called Clint to clean up the front porch & walkway, a brick area on side of house, a small portion of the roof and a huge oil spot on the parking pad.  I could not be more pleased The quality of Clint's work is outstanding. Clint not only answered my text immediately, but within two days had the job completed, very knowledgeable & HONEST! Pressure washed my brick patio, filled in bald patches of brick  with mortar, then sealed with a high gloss sealant. He was very careful & kept area very clean while working! Total Pressure Washing/Clint did an amazing job on our fence.  We have a cedar fence that has grayed due to the weather and we wanted to stain it. My husband and I did our best pressure washing our fence ourselves... but after 11 hours in 2 days we said  we needed help. Clint got back to us the same day a quote was requested and even came out that day to check it out. He was by far the best rate and didnt use any chemicals to do it either.
